  • Member and Circulation Data: Dynamic database tables containing library cards, email addresses, eBook download logs, circulation transactions, and dynamic custom field values.

2. How We Use Collected Data

We process information to support your library administrative workflows:

  • Provisioning secure workspace subdomains and institution nodes.
  • Processing subscription checkouts and generating GST/Udyam tax invoices.
  • Dispatching automated email alerts, transaction receipts, OTP verification codes, and renewal reminder notifications.
  • Providing technical helpdesk support and debugging circulation or catalog queries.

3. Data Security and Isolation

We implement technical mechanisms to protect database records:

  • Institutional Isolation: Each library database workspace operates under logical boundaries, restricting cross-institution discovery or leakage.
