1. Nature of Deliverables

LibSoly LMS does not manufacture, stock, package, or ship physical products. No physical item, CD, manual, barcode reader hardware, or inventory will be shipped to your physical address. Our services are **100% digital** and delivered online.

2. Provisioning and Activation Timeline

Upon successful payment completion during checkout:

• Your institutional database space and custom subdomain workspace (e.g. `yourname.libsoly.com`) are provisioned immediately in real-time.
• A welcome email containing your login credentials, administration URLs, and onboarding tutorials is automatically dispatched to your registered email address.
• Workspace access is active and usable within **seconds** of transaction confirmation.

3. Shipping Fees

Because there is no physical package to deliver, **no shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges** are applied to any subscription plans.

4. Delivery Delays

If you complete your payment but do not receive your welcome email or face issues accessing your subdomain workspace within 1 hour:

• Please check your spam or promotions folder.
• Ensure that your mail server settings are not blocking automated notifications.
