Welcome to LibSoly LMS. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our Cloud-based Library Management System (LMS) SaaS platform, provided by Expertechno Solutions. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an institution account or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school, college, or corporation, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use our services, you must register your institution. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete administrator information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, librarian passwords, and membership card listings, and for all activities that occur under your institutional workspace.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly) as selected during registration. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateways. Subscriptions must be renewed manually or automatically prior to expiration. If payment is not received by the due date, access to the workspace may be suspended or restricted to the billing page until the renewal is completed.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to upload harmful, offensive, or infringing book descriptions, digital eBooks, or member profiles. You shall not attempt to bypass security measures, scrape user records, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All software logic, layouts, theme architectures, and brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Expertechno Solutions. The institution retains ownership of all data uploaded to its isolated library workspace database.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Expertechno Solutions makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, library service interruptions, or backup restoration failures.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
